Weddings at Laube Hall are all of that… and MORE! Our banquet facility is located within the Freeport Community Park and offers breathtaking views of the Allegheny River valley below. This picturesque setting is ideal for outdoor wedding ceremonies that can be held on our lower covered patio. With indoor seating capacity for up to 500 guests, the main banquet hall is the perfect location for small and large wedding receptions.
Inside, our luxurious venue features high vaulted ceilings, rich woodwork, and unparallelled architecture that will provide the backdrop for this once in a lifetime occasion. Outside, Laube Hall has plenty of well-lit parking and is easily accessible from Butler, Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township and Kittanning.

Situated high on the hillside, overlooking the beautiful Allegheny River, Laube Hall has stood as the pinnacle of rustic elegance for nearly 60 years in Freeport Community Park. Here, you’ll discover inspiring mountain views from the upper terrace, picturesque woods that line the winding brick walking trails, and a colorful wildflower field that changes with the seasons. The park offers a plentitude of photo opportunities to tell your love story. Like the town it overlooks, Laube Hall is bathed in character and tradition.
Although the interior has recently been updated with the addition of a newly constructed (and quite glamorous) bridal “get ready room”, bright white-washed brick in the Grande Hall, and freshly-stained concrete floors throughout, the Grande Hall still boasts the original woodwork, 22-foot beamed cathedral ceilings, and the commanding stone fireplace that is, and always will be, the hall’s most timeless feature. The massive lower level, fully-covered patio is famous for its white, arched-brick columns, and is a preferred location for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours, among other large celebrations. The patio, along with several other gathering spaces (Including our Freeport Room and Grotto), are yours alone to enjoy, as we make the memories of your special day our greatest priority.

The outdoor spaces at Laube Hall are beautiful, and nice for guests to be able to get away from the party if they need a break from noise. Some of our favorite photos from the day are in the outdoor spaces around the hall. The dance floor is beautiful and very spacious. Kelly works seamlessly with the catering as well (we used Chef and I and people still are talking about how good the food was!). I didn’t feel any need to worry about little things going wrong with the venue because of Kelly’s expertise and willingness to jump in to any situation.
Our guests were totally romanced by the vast hall and the amazing balcony views.

The wedding went so smoothly and the venue was well equipped to handle anything we needed, including coat check. Our guests were totally romanced by the vast hall, the amazing balcony views, and the massive Christmas trees (inside and outside!). We contracted a separate shuttle service between Laube Hall and Pittsburgh Mills SpringHill Suites, which worked very well.
There's just not a better, more down-to-earth, and more adaptable venue in this region for such an affordable investment. Thank you!

My husband and I come from big families and Laube hall is more than accommodating for the number of guests we had invited. Kelly is amazing; she is easy to get ahold of via text, call, or email and knows how to run a smooth event!
Laube hall is a beautiful space!
