We will open the building as early as you desire on the day of your event. Events are 6 hours of guest time (or 6.5 if a ceremony is included). 

Is your venue available for events at any time? 

Yes! We have a “Grotto” that resembles an Irish Pub… lots of incredible stonework and whiskey barrels in the walls, a bar, kegerator, and a big screen “smart” tv behind the bar for the gentlemen. For the ladies, we recently added our bridal “get ready room”... it has three salon chairs and four more “primping stations”, along with a private changing room. And wait til you SEE the gigantic floral mural and white victorian sofa! It’s perfect for photos!

Can I get ready on-site?

The closest hotel accommodations are an easy 15 minute drive, both North and South, on Route 28.

 We can comfortably seat up to 500 guests.

When can I come for a tour of the properties?

Yes. We can seat up to 200 guests on our covered patio, as well as seat up to 200 in front of our fireplace (inside).

Can I have my ceremony on-site?

We have a transportation service partner.

Do you offer transportation?

There is no event minimum. We have a maximum of 500 guests in our Grand Hall. The Freeport Room seats up to 110, and the Grotto seats 26. There are occasions when we rent the buffet room for smaller gatherings. It will seat up to 50 guests.

Is there an event minimum? 

Yes. We have a base rental fee for all rental rooms and the Grande Hall. The fee is adjusted depending on your needs.

Do you charge a rental fee?

Yes! We do have a preferred vendors list if you would like our recommendations.

Can I bring in my own vendors such as dj, photo, florist, video and cake? 

We do not. However, we work with TEN (10) Preferred caterers, so you are sure to find one that will work within your catering budget.

Does Laube Hall provide in-house catering?

Yes. However, there is a “per plate upcharge” to bring in outside caterers.
