what's included
- Hall rental for 6 hours of “guest time” the day of your event (On-site ceremony is $500.00 extra. This includes setup and breakdown of ceremony chairs, and extra half hour of “guest time”. (You are allotted adequate time for your rehearsal the day before, as well.)
- Hall rental includes “day of” staffing and coordination
- Hall rental includes all tables and chairs. (Laube Hall will set these up for you according to your preferred diagram.)
- Hall rental includes “day before” set-up time, provided nothing is booked the day prior to your event.
- Hall rental includes use of lower level rooms, for rehearsal dinner/meal, provided no other events are booked the day before your event.
- If nothing is booked the day after your event, you may make arrangements with the staff to retrieve any items that are left at the hall following your event.
- We have plenty of FREE decor for your use, as well as low cost rental items to help you minimize your decorating costs.
- Linens are not included, but may be rented directly from us. (Often, we supply them to you two days prior to your event, if nothing else is scheduled. This gives you an extra evening to decorate, at NO EXTRA COST!)
