• Upon receipt of the Hall Users application, non-refundable deposit, and signed waiver form you will be mailed a letter, stating that the date is being held for you. These papers are required to hold a date, which includes the application and waiver for non-fee functions.
  • If a function is cancelled the deposit is returned only if that date is rebooked. If you must cancel, please keep in mind the sooner we are notified the better the chances are to rebook the date.
  • The person or persons using the facility are responsible for damages, and stolen property to the facilities and their guests and will be required to replace or bear any financial responsibility for the same. They are also responsible for the actions of their guests.
  • The maximum time for hall rental is 6 hours.
  • Decorating for the applicant’s function can be done starting at 9:00 am on the date of the function. If the applicant has a DJ, Band, Caterers, Decorators or Entertainment Acts, etc., they must be informed by the applicant of the times they are allowed access to the building. The applicant has complete responsibility for these people in all matters.
  • All decorating equipment, i.e. Centerpieces, arches, etc. are to be removed immediately after the function.
  • Decorations cannot destroy or alter any part of Laube Hall. This includes but is not limited to nails, staples, screws, etc.
  • Any decoration put up must be taken down and anything that is Laube Halls’ is to be put back where it belongs.
  • No bubble machines or fog machines are permitted.
  • The order for all linens, placed by Laube Hall, must be done two weeks prior to the event.
  • The Caterer or anyone bringing in Food, i.e., Wedding Cakes, Beverages, etc, must present a copy or have on file with us, for our records, Certificate of Insurance issued to Laube Hall prior to the function.
  • The Caterer is responsible for the per person Caterers’ Fee. When the caterer does not pay the fee, the renting party will be responsible.
  • The Caterer is responsible to see that all dishes, flatware (including throwaway), and food items are cleaned off the tables following the meal (Including throwaway). Laube Hall flatware is to be washed, dried and sorted. Rentai dishes from third parties are to be scraped and rinsed or as required by rental company. Pick-up and delivery is to be arranged with Hall Management prior to the function. The Applicant is responsible for lost, stolen or broken dishes, not Laube Hall.
  • The Caterer is responsible for removing all their garbage from the hall. All garbage is to be placed in the dumpster at the rear of the building.
  • The Caterer is to be sure the kitchen and or buffet room is left in the same condition as before use.
  • All major spills are to be cleaned up, including the ovens.
  • All minors are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Guests are to remain in areas of the facility applied for and occupancy cannot exceed area limits.
  • No equipment is to be brought into the building without prior approval.
  • All areas of the Hall are to be in the same condition as before use.
  • The decision whether hostesses, bartenders, parking patrolmen or any other attendants will be needed, will be at the discretion of Laube Hall. The applicable fee will be charged.
  • Any taxes to Local, State or federal Governments are to be paid by the applicant using the facility.
  • Anyone breaking the rules will be subject to immediate expulsion from the property and/or legal action.
  • Laube Hall reserves the right to alter, delete, or change any rule or regulation at any time.
